Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has pursuant to recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointed Mr. Harmendra Gandhi as an Additional Director in Independent capacity (Independent Director) of the Company for a period of five (5) years with effect from May 13, 2025 to May 12, 2030, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.

The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/Po D2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are annexed herewith as Annexure – A.
