ASX Announcement 21 September 2021

DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Paladin Energy Ltd (ASX:PDN OTCQX: PALAF) ( Paladin or the Company ) advises that the Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 17 November 2021 at 10.00am (AWST).

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. In accordance with the Company’s constitution the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 28 September 2021.

Any nominations must be received in writing at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Tuesday, 28 September 2021.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course.

The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at www.paladinenergy.com.au.
