Change of Auditor

Palace Capital, the AIM-quoted commercial real estate company, having decided to change its Auditor, announces that it has appointed BDO LLP to succeed Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP.  As outgoing Auditor, Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP has deposited with the Company a statement of the circumstances connected with its resignation, as required by section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, and a copy of this statement of circumstances (which states that Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP has resigned at the request of the Company) has today been posted to shareholders as required by section 520(2) of the Companies Act 2006.
