Completion of acquisition of Bank House, Leeds

Palace Capital, the property investment company that focuses on commercial property outside London, announces that, further to the announcement of 9 March 2015, the Company yesterday completed the acquisition of Bank House in Leeds. Bank House, which is a 90,000 sq ft building within two minutes of Leeds Railway Station, was acquired for £10 million, satisfied from the Company's existing cash resources.
