Update on ordinary shares

Palace Capital, the property investment company that focuses on commercial property outside London, announces that the 5,555,556 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the placing, further details of which were announced on 28 May 2015 will, with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Monday 3 August 2015, cease to trade under the temporary TIDM PCA2.L and ISIN GB00BWVG1852 and will be merged with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.  As a result, the entire issued share capital of Palace Capital, consisting of 25,781,229 ordinary shares, will trade on AIM under TIDM PCA.L with ISIN GB00BF5SGF06.
