Palace Capital, the AIM-quoted commercial real estate company, announces the resignation of Roger Nagioff as a non-executive director of the Company, with immediate effect. 

Stanley Davis, Chairman, said, "I would like to thank Roger for his support and contribution. The Board understands the demands of his other commitments and that he cannot devote the time to Palace Capital that he would wish. We hope to bring the Board back to full strength and we anticipate being able to announce the appointment of a new non-executive director soon."
