ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board regrets to announce that Mr. Cheng Chi Tai, the founder, chairman and a director of the Company, passed away on 25 January 2007.

The board of directors (the “Board”) of Pak Tak International Limited (the “Company”) regrets to announce that Mr. Cheng Chi Tai, the founder, chairman and a director of the Company, passed away on 25 January 2007.

Mr. Cheng Chi Tai dedicated his life to the establishment and development of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”). His outstanding leadership made an irreplaceable contribution to the Group and his wisdom and work ethic will remain the guiding principles for the Group. The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its deepest sorrow to the departure of Mr. Cheng Chi Tai.

The Board is confident that the Group will continue to build on the solid foundation laid down by Mr. Cheng Chi Tai.
