Notification under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Merah Resources Limited (“Merah” or “the Company”) gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the "Corporations Act") that:

Merah has issued a total of 11,608,338 fully paid ordinary shares to eligible parties pursuant to settlement of Oresearch Limited acquisition and Fyre Lake option consideration as approved at the Company’s General Meeting held on 29 September 2014, comprising:

• 10,000,000 Shares to eligible shareholders of Oresearch Limited;

• 1,608,338 Shares to Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd.

1. As at the date of this notice:

   • a. Merah has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Merah;

   • b. Mearh has complied with section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

   • c. there is no "excluded information" within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.

An Appendix 3B will follow this notification.
