ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON SECURITIES TO BE RELEASED FROM ESCROW
The Company refers to its ASX release dated 26 September 2018 concerning the release of 254,156,156 fully paid ordinary shares from escrow on 19 October 2018.
The holders of these ordinary shares were the original vendors of the EPAT business that was vended into the Company in October 2016 (refer ASX release 26 September 2016).
These founding shareholders have informed the Company that despite these ordinary shares coming out of escrow, they have no current intention of disposing of any of these ordinary shares.
The Company acknowledges the strong support from these shareholders as we continue to accelerate the commercialisation of the PainChek App in Australia and overseas markets.
