NOTICE GIVEN UNDER SECTION 708A(5) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

This notice is given by the Company under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue of 2,000,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 2,000,000 options at $0.025 per share to raise $50,000 without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:
