NOTIFICATION OF EXPIRY OF LISTED OPTIONS (ASX:EPTO)

ePAT Technologies Ltd (ASX: EPT) advises that the attached letter has been sent to holders of the Company’s listed options (EPTO) exercisable at $0.07875 on or before 11 May 2017, as notification of the expiry of their options.

The last date of quotation of EPTO options on ASX will be 5 May 2017.

Dear Option Holder

EXPIRY OF 11 MAY 2017 LISTED OPTIONS

The 11 May 2017 Options issued by the Company are due to expire at 5pm AEST on 11 May 2017. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the option issue and ASX Listing Rules, the Company is required to give you at least 20 business days’ notice before the expiry date.

In accordance with the ASX Listing Rules the Company advises as follows:

1. The latest date for the exercise of the options and for payment of the exercise price is 11 May 2017;

2. The exercise price of the options is $0.07875 per option;

3. The consequence of non-payment of the exercise price is that the options will lapse;

4. The latest available market sale price of the Company’s shares on ASX prior to the date of this letter was $0.037 per share on 29 March 2017;

5. The highest and lowest market price of the underlying securities during the three months prior to 28 March 2017 are set out below:

   • a. Highest $0.041 per share on 22 March 2017;

   • b. Lowest $0.019 per share on 9 February 2017;

6. The last date of quotation of the Options on ASX will be 5[th] May 2017.

Enclosed is a Notice of Exercise of Options Expiring 11 May 2017.

To convert your options into Shares, complete the attached form in full, sign it and return it to the address at the foot of this letter with the appropriate remittance amount by cheque payable to ePAT Technologies Limited.
