MinQuest Limited – Trading Halt Request

MinQuest Limited ( MinQuest, ASX code: MNQ ) requests that an immediate voluntary trading halt be granted by ASX with respect to MinQuest’s securities.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, MinQuest provides the following information:

1. The trading halt is requested by MinQuest pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.

2. MinQuest requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of an announcement to the market regarding the above or the commencement of trading on Friday, 7 August 2015.

3. MinQuest is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
