MinQuest Limited – Trading Halt Request

MinQuest Limited ( MinQuest, ASX code: MNQ ) requests that an immediate voluntary suspension be granted by ASX with respect to MinQuest’s securities.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, MinQuest provides the following information:

1. The voluntary suspension is requested by MinQuest pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.

2. MinQuest expects that the voluntary suspension will need to remain in place until an announcement is made regarding the above transaction;

3. MinQuest requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the earlier of an announcement to the market regarding the above or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 12 August 2015; and

4. MinQuest is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
