Merah Resources Limited (Merah or the Company) (ASX: MEH) advises that Mr Jason Eveleigh has been appointed to the Merah Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

Mr Eveleigh is a chartered accountant with international experience in investment and finance and is a director of Chess Capital Partners Ltd, the Company’s corporate adviser.

Founding Directors Mr Richard Homsany and Ms Suzie Foreman have resigned from the Board effective today. Ms Foreman will remain in the role of Company Secretary.

The Board and management would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr Homsany and Ms Foreman for the contribution they have made to the Company since its incorporation.

As a consequence of the Board restructure the Managing Director Mr David Deloub will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Board. Mr Eveleigh and Mr Prentice have decided to forgo Director fees until the Company completes a capital raising to conserve capital.
