Mr Ian Prentice, Non-Executive Director of Merah Resources Limited (“Merah” or “the Company”) has resigned from the Board of Merah effective today. Mr Prentice has been a board member of the Company since its incorporation in 2010 and is one of the founding Directors of the Company. The Board wishes to extend its sincere gratitude to Mr Prentice for his valued contribution to the Company during his time in office and wishes him well for the future.
