Appointment of New Director

Merah Resources Limited (“Merah” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paul Niardone as an additional Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

Paul is currently the CEO of Ausnet Group a real estate and financial services group of companies with member property sales in excess of $2 billion and a $1 billion loan book. He was also the Executive Director and founder of Professional Public Relations (WA), the largest PR and communications firm in Western Australia, and the founding Chairman of Bellevue Resources Limited.

Paul has experience in marketing, investor relations and strategic planning in both the public and private sectors. He is a member of the Murdoch University Senate and is on the Board of Avalon Resources.
