Resignation and Appointment of Company Secretary

DIRECTORS

Merah Resources Limited (Merah or the Company) (ASX:MEH) would like to announce the resignation of Ms Suzie Foreman as Company Secretary and the appointment of new Company Secretary, Ms Kim Clark.

Ms Foreman has held the positions of Company Secretary and Non- Executive Director since the incorporation of the Company in 2010 until her resignation as a director in April 2014. The Board of Merah would like to extend their gratitude to Ms Suzie Foreman for her effort and commitment to the Company during her time in office.

Ms Kim Clark is an experienced business professional with 21 years’ experience in the Banking and Finance industries and 6 years as a Company Secretary of an ASX 300 Company. Her experience includes debt and capital raising, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and governance.

Non Executive Director

Ms Clark is currently a Company Secretary to various ASX listed companies in Australia and is the Head of Corporate Services for Boardroom Limited’s in Queensland.
