SHAREHOLDER COMMUNICATIONS

Dear Shareholder

I am writing to you as PageGroup plc (the "Company") wishes to confirm with you, your preferences regarding the method it communicates with you. We would like to send and/or supply documents and information, including the annual report and accounts, to you as a shareholder of the Company via the Company's website, www.page.com. We believe this will reduce the use of paper and transport of reports, benefit the environment and deliver savings to the Company in terms of administration, printing and postage costs, as well as speeding up the provision of information to shareholders.

The Company's Articles of Association and the UK Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules permit the Company to communicate with its shareholders via a website or electronically provided certain requirements are fulfilled¹ . This includes a requirement that the Company contacts you individually to request your consent for the use of electronic means and/or the Company's website for conveying documents and information to you.

Options

Option 1: If you would like to receive shareholder information through our website, there is nothing for you to do. You will be notified by post when shareholder information such as the Notice of Annual General Meeting and annual report and accounts become available. We will also announce the availability of shareholder documents via the London Stock Exchange Regulatory Information Service.

Option 2: If you would like to receive notification of availability of shareholder information on our website via email, you can register your email address via the Shareportal at www.signalshares.com or complete and sign the reply slip by ticking option (a) and return it to Link Group in the envelope provided with this letter.

Option 3: If you would like to receive shareholder information in hard copy form, you can register via the Shareportal at www.signalshares.com or complete and sign the reply slip overleaf by ticking option (b) and return it to Link Group in the envelope provided with this letter.

In such cases we will no longer send you paper copies of information which we intend to provide to shareholders via a website. In accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and the Company's Articles of Association, you will be notified by post when this information becomes available on the Company's website.
