Following the Initial Public Offering of Bytes Technology Group plc ("Bytes") and its admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market, PageGroup plc ("PageGroup") has been notified that Mr Patrick De Smedt, Senior Independent Director of PageGroup holds the offices of Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Bytes.
