PageGroup plc - Change in Director's Details

PageGroup plc ("PageGroup") has been notified that Patrick De Smedt, Senior Independent Director, has informed the Board of Morgan Sindall Group plc of his intention to step down as Senior Independent Director and Non-Executive Director of Morgan Sindall Group plc on 31 December 2018.

PageGroup has also been notified that David Lowden, Chairman, will take over from Mr De Smedt as Senior Independent Director of Morgan Sindall Group plc with effect from 1 January 2019.
