PageGroup plc - Directorate Change

PageGroup plc announces that Danuta Gray, Independent Non-Executive Director, has decided not to offer herself for re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 7 June 2018.  Danuta will also cease to be Chair of the Remuneration Committee on the same date, and Angela Seymour-Jackson will be appointed in her stead.
