• Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting, 3[rd] Interim Dividend 2024-25 and Record Date.

We hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 5 February 2025 inter alia to consider the following:

• a) To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31 December 2024.

• b) To consider declaration of 3[rd] interim dividend, to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2024-25.

We further inform you that in case the said interim dividend is declared by the Board of Directors, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of such interim dividend will be 13 February 2025 .

The Company will hold investors / analyst calls on 5 February 2025 at 4.00 PM IST to discuss the financial results for the Quarter ending 31 December 2024.
