Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting, 2[nd] Interim Dividend 2022-23 and Record Date.

We hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 10 November 2022 inter alia to consider the following:

• a) To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 September 2022.

• b) To consider declaration of 2[nd] interim dividend, to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2022-23.

We further inform you that in case the said interim dividend is declared by the Board of Directors, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of such interim dividend will be 18 November 2022 .
