We hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 10[th] February 2021 inter alia to consider the following:

• a) To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31[st] December 2020.

• b) To consider declaration of 2[nd] Interim dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2020-21.

We further inform you that in case the said interim dividend is declared by the Board, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of the dividend will be 19[th] February 2021 .

The Company will hold investors / analyst calls on 10[th] February 2021 from 4.00 PM to 5.00 PM to discuss the financial results for the Quarter ending 31[st] December 2020.
