• Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting, 3[rd ] Interim Dividend 2018-19, Record Date and Trading Window Closure - Reg.

We hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 14[th ] February 2019 inter alia to consider the following:

• a) To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended 3p[t ] December 2018.

• b) To consider declaration of 3[rd ] Interim dividend, to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2018-19.

We further inform you that in case the said Interim dividend is declared by the Board at its aforesaid meeting, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of such interim dividend will be 22[nd ] February 2019.

As per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed from 4[th ] February 2019 to 16[th ] February 2019 (both days inclusive).
