Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting, 1st Interim Dividend 2019-20 and Record Date.

We hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 3th August, 2019 inter alia to consider the following:

• a) To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2019.

• b) To consider declaration of 1st interim dividend, to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2019-20.

We further inform you that in case the said interim dividend is declared by the Board of Directors, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of such interim dividend will be 20th August, 2019.

The Company will hold investors / analyst calls on 3th August, 2019 from 4.30 PM to 5.30 PM to discuss the financial results for the Quarter ending 3otti June 2019.
