Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting, 2nd Interim Dividend 2019-20, Record Date and Investor call - Reg
We hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 14th November, 2019 inter alia to consider the following:
- a) To take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2019.
- b) To consider declaration of 2nd interim dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2019-20.
We further inform you that in case the said interim dividend is declared by the Board, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of the dividend will be 22nd November 2019.

The Company will hold investors / analyst calls on 15th November, 2019 from 11.00 AM to 12.00 PM to discuss the financial results for the Quarter ending 30th September 2019.
