• b) To consider declaration of 2[nd ] interim dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2018-19 and also a Special dividend.

We further inform you that in case the said interim dividend and Special dividend are declared by the Board, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of both the dividends will be 22[nd ] November 2018.

As per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed from 1[st ] November 2018 to 16[th ] November 2018 (both days inclusive).
