The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 10[th] February 2021 has transacted the following business:

1. Took note of the cessation of the term of Mr. Pradeep Jaipuria, Chairman and Independent Director;

   • The second term of Mr. Pradeep Jaipuria, as an Independent Director of the Company is ending on 10[th] February 2021, accordingly, he ceased to be a Director of the Company.

2. In the place of Mr Jaipuria, the Board has appointed Mr Sandeep Maini (who has been an Independent Director since 28[th] May 2015) as Chairman, effective 11[th] February 2021.
