Sub: Appointment of Mr. V S Ganesh as Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to inform that based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, i.e. on February 22, 2021, unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. V S Ganesh (DIN: 07822261) as "Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer" of the Company for a period of 5 years effective June 1, 2021. Consequent to the elevation of Mr Ganesh to Executive Director & CEO, the Board has shortened his present term of Executive Director – Manufacturing and Operation to the closing hours on May 31, 2021.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr Sunder Genomal, Managing Director said "I am delighted to welcome Mr. Ganesh, I have no doubt that Mr. Ganesh would exceed all our expectations in the role of CEO and that the company will continue remain in excellent hands. Prior to joining Page, Mr. V SGanesh has had both top & bottom line and organizationdevelopment responsibilities in his capacity as CEO in fairlylarge apparel MNCs.
	In addition to Manufacturing & Operations, Mr. Ganeshoversees the areas of Supply Chain Planning, Centre ofExcellence for Operations, Sourcing & Procurement, QualityAssurance, Warehousing & Logistics, Projects and Environment,Health & Safety. As a key member of the Top ManagementCommittee, he has been deeply involved in strategic planningand business transformation initiatives across all facets of thebusiness. His credentials, proven track record, commitmentand contributions speak for themselves.
