WHOLE-OF-COMPANY TRANSACTION – DEPOSIT CONFIRMED
COALBANK LIMITED ( ASX: CBQ , COALBANK or the Company) confirms that, in accordance with the binding Scheme Implementation Agreement regarding a whole-of-company transaction announced on 26 April 2013, the Company has received the deposit from Loyal Strategic Investments Ltd.
The Company is now preparing for remaining due diligence and the appointment of independent experts for the preparation of a Scheme Booklet for consideration by shareholders.
