appointed as a non-execu�ve Director of AustChina Holdings Limited (“ Company ”) on 22 December 2023.

In rela�on to the late lodgement of the Appendix 3X we advise the following:

• The Appendix 3X was completed at the �me of Mr Tsang’s appointment and failure to lodge was due to an administra�ve oversight.

• The Company and the Directors are aware of their obliga�ons under Lis�ng Rule 3.19A.

• The Company considers its current arrangements are adequate for ensuring �mely and accurate no�fica�on, it has nevertheless reviewed its procedures to ensure that it meets its disclosure obliga�ons.
