ISSUE OF CLEANSING NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A CORPORATIONS ACT

AUSTCHINA HOLDINGS LIMITED ( ASX Code: AUH ) issued 18,730,849 fully paid ordinary shares in AustChina Holdings Limited (AUH) ( Shares ) on the exercise of 18,730,849 options at $0.012 per share on 4 March 2022.

AustChina Holdings Limited issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under section 708A(5) Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

  • (i) the provisions of chapter 2M Corporations Act as they apply to AUH; and

  • (ii) section 674 and section 674A if the Corporations Act; and

• (d) as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ (within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) Corporations Act) to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) Corporations Act.
