ISSUE OF CLEANSING NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A CORPORATIONS ACT
AUSTCHINA HOLDINGS LIMITED ( ASX Code: AUH ) today issued 31,071,340 fully paid ordinary shares in AustChina Holdings Limited (AUH) ( Shares ) on the partial conversion of an outstanding Convertible Note.
AustChina Holdings Limited issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under section 708A(5) Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

(a) the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under part 6D.2 Corporations Act;

(b) this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) Corporations Act;

(c) as at the date of this notice, AUH has complied with:

(i) the provisions of chapter 2M Corporations Act as they apply to AUH; and
-
(ii) section 674 and section 674A if the Corporations Act; and

(d) as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ (within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) Corporations Act) to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) Corporations Act.
