DELAYED SETTLEMENT FOR INVESTMENT IN UTILITAS PTY LTD

Coalbank Limited ( ASX: CBQ ) advises that, further to the announcement dated 15 July 2016 outlining its proposed investment in Utilitas Pty Ltd, legal due diligence on the proposed investment is progressing however has not yet been finalised and therefore settlement has been delayed.

Coalbank will advise the market as soon as the legal due diligence has been completed and settlement taken place.
