SHARE PLACEMENT RAISES $1.9 MILLION

Coalbank Limited (ASX: CBQ) is pleased to announce that it has today received a Share Subscription Agreement for the placement of 128,093,700 fully paid ordinary shares at a price of 1.5 cents per share to raise a total of $1,921,405.50 from Kam’s Brother Holdings Ltd, a sophisticated investor.

It is anticipated that the shares to be issued under the placement will be allotted early next week.
