PAYMENT RECEIVED
COALBANK LIMITED ( ASX: CBQ ) confirms that it has received the amount of $500,000 from Loyal Strategic Investment Ltd as the payment for the extended exclusivity period in accordance with the amended Scheme Implementation Agreement as announced on 24 July 2013.
As previously advised, COALBANK will provide an update on the change-of-control transaction and timetable when the revised arrangements are finalised and documented, prior to 30 August 2013.
