Lodestone Exploration Limited (“Lodestone”) wishes to advise that a total of 3,879,342 listed options were exercised at 5 cents each prior to their expiry date of 21 July 2008 raising a total of $193,967. The remaining 27,054,292 listed options expired on 21 July 2008.

Appendix 3B in respect of the shares issued on the exercise of options is being lodged today.
