Lodestone Exploration Limited closes the rights issue
Lodestone is pleased to announce that the renounceable rights issue announced on 16 June 2006 has closed on 14 July 2006.
The number of shares taken up by shareholders was 26,567,319. The remaining shares are being taken up by the Underwriter and Lead Manager to the Issue, Patersons Securities Limited.
The Rights Issue raised approximately \$2.35 million before costs of the issue.
