RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR – MR WILLIAM KO

AustChina Holdings Limited ( ASX: AUH ) announced today that Mr William Ko, a NonExecutive Director has resigned to pursue other personal business opportunities.

The Board and Management thanks Mr Ko for his services and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
