LODESTONE APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR

The Directors of Lodestone Exploration Limited (“Lodestone”) are pleased to announce that Mr Bill Stubbs has today been appointed to the Board of Lodestone.

Mr Stubbs practiced as a lawyer for 30 years specialising in resource law, company formation and stock exchange listings. He was co-founder of the legal firm Stubbs Barbeler.

Mr Stubbs has a long involvement in the exploration industry both as a project finder and as a Director of Exploration Companies and has a wide range of contacts throughout the industry.

He is currently Chairman of Stradbroke Ferries Limited and Business Management Limited.

Mt Stubbs has been a Director of a number of Exploration Companies spanning a period of over 25 years and was Chairman of Bemax Resouces NL at the time it discovered and proved the Gingko heavy minerals deposit (now a mine) in the Murray-Darling basin. He was also Chairman of Arrow Energy NL for over 7 years from pre-listing when the company had a capitalisation of less than $1 million until its successful takeover of CH4 Limited when it exceeded $300 million.
