As at the date of announcement, the Executive Directors are Mr. Lam Wo and Mr. Cheuk Yuk Lung, the Independent Non-Executive Directors are Mr. Yan Mou Keung, Ronald, Mr. Chan Fai Yue, Leo and Mr. Chan Siu Wing, Raymond.
