CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The Board announces that Mr. Yau has tendered his resignation as the company secretary and authorized representative of the Company with effect from 1 June 2021 and that Mr. Wan will be appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative of the Company with effect from 1 June 2021.

RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited (the ‘‘Company’’ and together with its subsidiaries, the ‘‘Group’’) announces that Mr. Yau Wing Yiu (‘‘Mr. Yau’’) has tendered his resignation as the company secretary and authorized representative of the Company with effect from 1 June 2021. Mr. Yau confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there was no other matter relating to his resignation that needed to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ‘‘Stock Exchange’’).

APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Wan Tat Kay, Dominic Savio (‘‘Mr. Wan’’) will be appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative of the Company with effect from 1 June 2021. Mr. Wan will also be appointed as financial controller of the Group with effect from 1 June 2021. Mr. Wan has over 27 years of experience in auditing and financial management of companies across various business sectors. Mr. Wan is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a practising certified public accountant in Hong Kong.
