NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Pacific Edge Limited (“PEB”). The trading halt was placed at pre-market open today.

PEB has requested the trading halt while it undertakes the placement component of a capital raise.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement about the completion of the placement capital raise, or market open on Friday, 24 September 2021.
