NZ RegCo (“RegCo”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Pacific Edge Limited (“PEB”). The trading halt was placed today at 11:54am.
PEB has requested the trading halt while it prepares a response to an announcement regarding its ASX dual listing application and intended capital raise.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement expected by the issuer or market open on Thursday, 9 September 2021.
