Message :

NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, the trading halt placed on Pacific Edge Limited (“PEB”) today at 10.11am will remain in place.

The trading halt has been requested to facilitate a bookbuild for a private placement of shares. PEB has requested the trading halt to ensure an orderly market during the bookbuild.

The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:

• An announcement by PEB of the outcome of the bookbuild; or

• Market open on Friday, 30 November 2018.
