Announcement: Request for Director Nominations

The date of the Pacific Edge Limited's Annual Meeting has been set for Thursday 24[th] August 2017. The meeting will be held in Dunedin.

Further details regarding the time and venue will be provided in the Notice of Meeting for the Annual Meeting, including a proxy voting form and details of any resolutions, will be sent to shareholders prior to the meeting.

In accordance with NZX Main Board Listing Rule 3.3.5 and clause 22.4 of the Company's constitution, Pacific Edge Limited advises that the opening date for Director Nominations is Thursday 11[th] May 2017 and that the closing date for Director Nominations is Wednesday 19[th] July 2017.

All nominations must be received by 10:00am on the closing date.
