AR Capital Management – acquisition finalised

Further to Treasury Group Limited’s (TRG) announcement of 21 September 2009, the TRG Board is very pleased to advise that negotiations between AR Capital Management (AR Capital) and TRG have been successfully completed and requisite agreements have been executed by both companies finalising TRG’s 30% acquisition of AR Capital.

TRG looks forward to a successful partnership with AR Capital and will provide shareholders with an update on how AR Capital will contribute to the strategic direction of the Company at the Annual General Meeting on 12 November 2009.
