Completion of Aether restructure
Pacific Current Group Limited (“PAC” or the “Company”) ( ASX: PAC ), a global multi-boutique asset management firm, announces that it has completed the restructure of its investment in Aether Investment Partners, LLC ( Aether ). PAC has exchanged its equity ownership in Aether for an ongoing contractual revenue share and liquidation preference arrangement.
