TRADING HALT

The securities of Treasury Group Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 15 December 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Treasury Group Limited seeks a trading halt with immediate effect for the purpose of conducting a capital raising via a placement.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release to ASX of an announcement concerning the results of the capital raising and the commencement of trading on Monday 15 December 2014.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
